Senior Corporate Donation Admin Coordinator

Department: Development

Duration: Immediate support needed! Temporary to permanent role

Position Summary

The Senior Corporate Donation Admin Coordinator is responsible for the administration, coordination, and oversight of corporate donor relationships and related fundraising activities. This role ensures accurate processing, documentation, reporting, and stewardship of corporate contributions and sponsorships in support of the organization's mission. The position works closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency in corporate giving activities.


Primary Responsibilities

Corporate Donor Administration

  • Administer a portfolio of corporate donors, including maintaining records, tracking contributions, and coordinating correspondence.
  • Process corporate gifts, sponsorships, and in-kind donations in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Ensure timely acknowledgment, invoicing, and documentation of corporate contributions.

Coordination & Internal Support

  • Coordinate with program, finance, and marketing teams to gather information required for sponsorship fulfillment, recognition, and reporting.
  • Prepare standardized materials such as agreements, proposals, renewals, and impact summaries.
  • Support senior leadership and development staff with corporate donor communications and scheduling as needed.

Stewardship & Compliance

  • Monitor fulfillment of corporate sponsorship agreements and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and distribute stewardship and impact reports using approved formats.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, gift acceptance policies, and record-retention requirements.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate donor records in the organization's CRM system.
  • Track revenue, sponsorship benefits, and renewal timelines.
  • Generate routine reports and assist with forecasting and budgeting related to corporate giving.

Process Improvement

  • Develop and maintain administrative procedures related to corporate donor engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and reporting accuracy.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff on corporate donor processes and standards.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in nonprofit development administration, donor services, corporate relations support, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with donor management/database systems and standard office software.

Preferred

  • Experience working with corporate giving or sponsorship programs.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit compliance and financial coordination related to gifts and contracts.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or managing complex administrative processes.
